Tempus Capital Inc. (CSE: TEMP) has joined forces with TUK to invest in Toronto's missing-middle housing, a multi-year commitment to acquire and develop mid-density rental homes in established neighbourhoods.
The partnership pairs Tempus Capital's public-market capital base with TUK's vertically integrated sourcing, construction, and management platform. The first project property was acquired in March 2025.
It is the kind of capital alignment that lets us execute when others can't, and a milestone in our mission to bring more attainable rental homes to the neighbourhoods that need them.
